Huntingdon Town Football Club are pleased to announce that Ali Dixon will become the U18 Eastern Junior Alliance Lead Coach for the 2024/25 season.Â
Securing the services of Ali brings another quality addition to the coaching team. Supporting, encouraging and developing the players. Ali, who is having a successful season with Fenstanton Football Club has reached the Hunts League Cup 2023/24 League Cup Final where they take on Buckden Juniors at St Neots Town FC on Thursday 25th April; 7.00PM kick-off.
The man behind a thousand images with Cam Footie Pics, will bring enthusiasm, energy and knowledge of the game that will see the players play with expression and freedom. Everyone at The Hunters is excited about the inclusion of Ali. When we finally caught up with him, he went on to say “When the Chairman, (Richard Maxwell) spoke to me about his vision for Huntingdon Town, I was immediately hooked. I’ve been lucky enough to work with youth football in the Hunts League over the years and I’m a huge believer, that it is our job as coaches, to provide a platform for all players to develop and help them become the best version of themselves they can be! “
Huntingdon Town’s main aim is to support and encourage development, with the U18s and U23s working closely together to create a competitive and positive pathway.
