What We’re Looking For
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about football and committed to youth development. Ideal candidates will have:
- Relevant Coaching Qualifications: Possession of FA coaching badges or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience Working with Youth: Prior experience coaching or working with young children in a sports setting.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with players, parents, and other coaches.
- Enthusiasm and Dedication: A positive attitude, enthusiasm for the sport, and dedication to developing young talent.
- Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively within our coaching team and contribute to the club’s overall goals.
