We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to coach/manage our Under 13 team for the upcoming season. In this role, you will be responsible for:
– Planning and delivering engaging and effective training sessions to develop players’ skills, tactics, and teamwork.
– Managing team selection, player development, and match tactics during league fixtures and tournaments.
– Providing encouragement, guidance, and support to players to help them achieve their goals and enjoy their football experience.
– Promoting a positive and inclusive team culture, fostering a love for the game, and instilling values of respect, discipline, and fair play.
Requirements:
– FA Level 1 coaching qualification or higher (desirable but not essential).
– Previous coaching or playing experience in youth football.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire young players.
– Commitment to promoting the club’s values and philosophy and upholding high standards of conduct and sportsmanship.
