Real Pathway to the 1st Team

Huntingdon Town Reserves are a genuine part of the Club’s senior pathway.

Last season, 14 players progressed from the Reservesto play for the 1st Team, with a number going on to start matches for the 1st Team. That reflects the Club’s commitment to rewarding players who perform consistently, train well, and show they are ready for the next level.

Players are supported by UEFA B and UEFA C licensed Coaches, providing structured training, clear coaching detail, and a development programme built around the demands of senior football.

Our coaching supports players technically, tactically, physically, and mentally, helping them adapt to the speed, physicality, and discipline needed to succeed in the senior game.
